We believe that all people have leadership potential and that their gifts, talents, and skills can be enhanced through education, experiences, training, and development. Feminar Ministries’ Biblical Leadership Academy will encourage Women to identify ways they can practice leadership in their home, communities, in state, regionally, and globally. Participants will learn to use tools of reflection and feedback to make meaning of their experiences and to further their understanding of their own leadership practice. Courses include:
